I am contacting you becaue of an agent from your office whom I recently had the pleasure of working with. Just before the first of the year my mother passed leaving my 80 year old father alone. He and my mother had been married over 50 years. I live out of the state and so contaced Mr. Williams and asked him if he would discretely do a market analysis on my fathers house. It was a very hard time for us all. Mr. Williams handeled everything from beginning to end selling my fathers home in the kindest most sensitive manner and showed my father the utmost in respect and genuine kindness in selling his home. Mr. Williams handeled every aspect of the preperation and sale of the property including even helping me load the truck with Dads personal things. I can tell you Mr Williams has changed my perception of Realtors and just what lengths they will go for the people they serve. Mr Williams is a great asset to Realtyone and I will never forget how hard he worked and the kindness and compassion he showed my father during this difficult time. I can only say thank you and how good it is to know someone like Mr. Williams.
